kosuzu got kind of an upgrade although im not sure what her powers are but.

with night paraide scroll.

she was able to OHKO marisa.

is this grounds for an upgrade?

EDIT: Though I do not follow the manga, it's available on Dynasty-Scans apparently, even up to Chapter 50 and beyond, read my post below, too, there was some context behind this scroll I missed in earlier chapters.

Most chapters that arean't recent can be found on the Touhou Wiki, too, so there's that.

I suppose a new key could be added for Kosuzu with either "at least 6-C" or even just flat out 5-A (We rate Letty for example as 5-A because her true power would cause an incident, I see this as something similar), considering it's said to be able to destroy the balance of Gensokyo and hyped up by Marisa to have the power of a "crazy dangerous youkai" in it. (Not to mention that same scroll KO'd Marisa at least for a moment)

Do we even know what happened there? I don't follow the manga, so idk what does the Scroll do, or if it was even revealed.

I'd rather wait and see if it's summoning or a magic spell in itself.

I mean, just using the scroll can create (newborn, not like Kogasa) Tsukumogami at night, though that doesn't really count as AP, and more as an added ability.

As for 5-A, from the looks of it, it points more towards summoning, considering the context (Mamizou said that were she to read it too much she would end up summoning a "truly terrifying" youkai in chapter 5, Marisa hypes it up to be a top tier threat that could "destroy the balance of Gensokyo" in Chapter 50, right before she meets the missing Kosuzu again. The Night Parade Scroll then unleashed a Youkai).

Said Youkai then possessed Kosuzu, so either we could give her 5-A via summoning, or a separate key, for her possessed form.

Mamzou stole the scroll from Kosuzu but not before a battle that incapacitated many of her followers.

at the end it seemed the creature summoned from the scrolled was able to exist even while the controller Kosuzu was knocked out.

it seems there was only two ways to stop it one was to burn the scroll

she had to turn into a copy of the moon to end the spell.

the oni of the night paraide scroll can become infantily stronger as long as there are tsumigami to absorb

(which is quite a lot in gensyoku since Tsumigami are the souls of old or abandoned objects)

As for the creature's feats, looks to be more evidence of it being 5-A rather than at least 6-C.

Kosuzu seems to mean that she now has an exciting, zesty life different from mundane commoners, and I'd rather have an explicit statement of her being half-youkai rather than just an implication.

Absorption and stat amplification with the night parade scroll seems alright.

the possessing her is debatable because Marisa states that it seemed as if Kosuzu responded to her with recongision rather then as a diffrent person.

Well Reimu said in those scans that she's under the influence of that scroll, which Marisa agreed to, and goes on to state that Kosuzu acted under her own will, but the keyword here is "seems". Then it's stated the Night Parade Youkai's using her to try and take over Gensokyo.

At the least though, the possession appeared to really began in Chapter 51 (the same chapter that you just posted those scans), as Mamizou states she's "completely possessed" by the Youkai.

she also could not sense the scrolls Aura so it might be just that Yukari could have been sealing her in a closed off space till that day.

but i don't know if it was controlling her or not. it seems a bit vauge to justify adding a possesion feat to the Night parade scroll. but ill leave it up to you.

Probably put it in with Kosuzu would be preferable, what do you think about these stats/reasoning?

Powers and Abilities: Using the Night Parade Scroll she gains: Magic, Possession, Summoning, Creation (creates Tsukumogami at night), Absorption and Stat Amplification (By absorbing Tsukumogami, it can continously gain more power)

Attack Potency: Large Planet level with Night Parade Scroll (The Youkai inside the Night Parade Scroll is stated and feared to be a threat to Gensokyo's balance of power, with it's aura being described as being "freakishly strong" by Mamizou)

Speed: Massively FTL+ (The Youkai emerged before Marisa was able to react to it, kept up with Mamizou)

Durability: Large Planet level

Weaknesses: Something like Mamizou transforming into the Full Moon is able to end the spell (Maybe reword this to just the Full Moon will dispel the scroll's effect, even if its a fake one), as well as burning the scroll itself.
