Well I've been around and I honestly don't believe in MCB Mima. And so I think I may have found proof that she's a bit stronger than what people give her credit for. Let's give this poor ghost girl some love considering she's been ignored and failing to get into the new games for so long.
Yumemi and Chiyuri intended to defeat Mima and take her as a test specimen, they went full force on her. Yet they still say their magic can't compare to the real thing. So Mima should be easily above their level. Alongside with the rest of the cast that says otherwise.... Although it's arguable that they used non-combat based powers on moving the moon and that digital bomb. However, take note that she claims Mima would be beneficial to her research and is something she wants for the sake of SCIENCE.
So considering Yumemi being potent enough to create a four dimensional bomb, make the moon stay in place for awhile, and use her power to create a spaceship that travels beyond space... Well I'm not claiming Mima is 2C but that would be lovely. But that would imply she's not just MCB.
Another thing to factor is Shinki's words after you defeat Yumeko.
She claims she created Makai yet Yumeko is someone she puts on high regard. No I'm not claiming 3A-2C Yumeko, that's just absurd. But it showcases that Yumeko is really quite strong. Well I would say 4C or maybe a bit lower or higher, give or take. But if Mima was able to beat her with no danmaku rules, it kinda scales off of the above. Shinki's not bragging either and no danmaku rules are set yet.
So basically my preposition is
Mima - 5C to possibly 4C, likely higher
Yumeko (Despite not having a profile) - 4C to 4B (If latter, may buff up Shinki's minimum value)
Thoughts on Mima not being someone Cirno stomps anymore?
Interesting Notes - Yumemi may be using a ship that goes beyond time and space to travel. From the looks of it most main characters are surprised by it and have implied awe.
Another note is that there's an actual story if you use Chiyuri and Yumemi, implying some sort of .... multiple reality sort of deal... Or at least two Yumemis and Chiyuris. From the way Yumemi explained her machine could've went off course and sent them into another reality similar to theirs.
