Tosh raka and akavir

When i read more and more about the lore, i found tosh raka associated with the word "amaranth" and akavir being nirn from another dream (the dream tosh raka) ? Could someone explain to me all of that ?

So, no. Tosh-Raka ain't the Amaranth.
