You know, why is Rimuru and Shulk on the list? Both Rimuru and Shulk have no way to affect Abstract Existence on a Type 2 Concept, Non-Existent Physiology Type 2, or Acausality Type 5. Shulk at least has Type 8 on a Type 2 Concept but has no way to affect Type 2 Concepts himself. Meanwhile, everyone in 2-B besides Tokyo Babel and Anos can affect Type 2 Concepts.
I also think Tokyo Babel should be removed because, besides their Acausality Type 5 they don't seem to be that powerful, they don't even have Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation or any that noteworthy Hax, so we run into the same problem Arceus did before it's upgrade.

As said before, like in the regular Top 5, "Characters from Pokémon" should be at the 2nd place of 2-A due of them being weaker than just PMMM here, but superior to The One, and in the 1st place of 2-B after Arceus vs Crota.

The PokeGods can deal with this NEP1 and Type 2 AE1, and Ain doesn't have the Range to deal with them despite passives and all that.

...that's not how that works, your interpreting that note on the page completely wrong. No Conceptual Manipulation Type 2 works like that, plus they get the Conceptual Manipulation Type 2 from Palkia and Dialga erasing the Lake Trio's Concepts not their own.
