I'm gonna be a hundred percent honest, I'm surprised there hasn't been some CRT that lets Xue Ying beat Dark Samus yet. Xue Ying just seems to be one of those characters. You know what I'm talking about. Obscure-ish characters that arn't nessisarily wanked, but seem to get stronger with every (somewhat common) CRT.

For Low 2-C could TES Mages such as Vanus Galerio or Divayth Fyr be able to beat Overlord GAIA (Digimon) by using their Range/Teleportation as BFR (Their BFR may already be at this level anyway) to win? Cause as far as I can tell Overlord cant counter High Hyperversal BFR?

Although they would definetly win speed unequalized due to Immeasurable vs FTL/Unknown (With no explaination)

Iirc there was a thread about it and it was decided that Immeasurable Speed bypassed passives unless feats prove otherwise.

This is part of the reason why Yogiri Takatou has Immeasurable Reaction/Combat Speed, cause he killed a character with a passive before the passive effected him.

Yogiri Takatou is not immeasurable because of that, he is immeasurable because Instant death reacted to an attack from The Heavenly Record Eater. Him blitzing passives is justified as just because he has immeasurable speed, I honestly thought passives were not bypassed by speed like that before thisz

Ive seen it said on several threads that Immeasurable speed bypasses passives, ive even seen multiple mods say it.

Immeasurable speed bypasses Passives due to the fact that Passives are already in effect and that assumes a constant timeframe someone with Immeasurable speed is not bound to said timeframe.

Passives are instant

Immeasurable is beyond instant.

Therefore, you're faster than passives.

Guess I'm the one that argued for Immeasurable > Passive.

Basically unless the passive itself isn't bound by time in the same way an Immeasurable isn't, then why would a passive go first, it is literally restricted to working in time whereas the Immeasurable isn't. Time isn't a factor for Immeasurable.

Nah, Infinite means you can get anywhere in zero time, Immeasurable means time literally isn't a factor.

Think of it this way infinite can be measured as a time frame and immeasurable is literally that, immeasurable.

Don't believe so, he has higher offesnive hax, but it doesn't have any passives from the looks of it, no way past Rimuru's precog, and Tenslime mid-high tier characters may be getting Type 3 Concept Manip.

Rimuru has no way to affect a Nonexistant being, with Type 3 Concept Manipulation not helping either, while Devimon hits Rimuru once and destroy his soul on a 5-D level
