As of right now MLP is going through a major revision that of which upgrades the 4-Cs to High 4-Cs and Discord is going to possibly get a 3-A or Low 2-C key. They are also discussing bringing the MLP Comic continuity and making profiles off of it. So it is not safe right now to add Discord and other charatcers to the list. As for Bugs Bunny I have no clue.

He does have a High 1B Anti-Existence Erasure measure, that also punches back at the attacker (doesn't necessarily kill them though), so I'm not sure that'll work out too well for them.

In High 4-C, I think Veldora Tempest should be above High-4C Rimuru Tempest due to the fact that Veldora can ressurect endlessly and can only stop resurrecting if 2-B Rimuru died and that is different from this High - 4C Rimuru.
