also never played smt but I can say for sure that if Demi-Fiend has all his hax in the 8A key he qualifies

Neph has 11D resistance to it, depending on the mechanics Accel reflects, Yhwach probably dies, someone said Senshinkan had 1A hax to me once, but i think it was rejected, idk the others.

Alaya is like 2-A at best from what I know, I think 5-D hax can bypass all their resistances.

AFAIK, High 1-A Senshinkan is just a meme because there is a character in the game that can take characters out of fiction and use them to fight IIRC, and in Senshinkan, there is a Dies Irae fighting game.

I agree that characters only qualifying for their physical tier is stupid, but I disagree with characters qualifying for tiers that only a specific and small part of their arsenal reaches, like Gilgamesh. It should just be their primary fighting tier. If a mage is 10-B physically and 7-B with magic, they should qualify for 7-B. If a mage is 10-B, 7-B with magic, Low 2-C with [insert spell name], they should only qualify for 7-B still.
