Yeah that too and also Statistics amplification or Reactive Evolution because he evolves everyday passively. Also Rimuru has Supernatural Luck which causes targets to miss, fail, don't use their attack for some reasons and also lower opponents luck passively

We got his feats calc'd and they are only 8-C+, so i'll have to downgrade his key

because if yes, he rolf overs Gii and takes the 4th 8-C spot

Well, excepting one character who because of a new story is probably going to be upgraded to 1-A, but SCP-2747, the character sitting in varies, isn't under revisions.

Yes. 8-C D can make the Ancestor take a physical form, and further more he can hit literal dreams.
 
Okay, Xehanort ended up stomping Baba, and because they finally have type 2 concept manip, they also stomp SS too, however, D still stomps everyone as no one resists enought his D aura.

How exactly would this change the 3-A list?
 
That would be if speed unequal it is a different outcome.

Even with speed = that won't mean anything due to him not being able to affect eru due to him being 4-D and nameless not having the range
