Yes, but Touhou characters can't really kill the characters above them, so they're fine where they are.

Ehhh, Kenshiro has ways of doing more then just killing, and fate hax that would probably render Supernatural Luck useless (unless Medaka can survive incap stuff), Iihiko probably just stalemates cuz he doesn’t have stuff to bypass Muso Tensei. So maybe the two of them share the same spot as Kenshiro?

He has no answer to concept manip that can null all his abilities.

Nor like any of her other hax. And I'm pretty sure her luck is OP enough for Fate to just have like no affect once so ever.

If I’m correct on this, Medaka doesn’t use All Fiction as a first move. Kenshiro also has Precog that would probably help out a lot. Can’t forget about Muso Tensei (which gives him Nonexistent Physiology) It’s a coin toss whoever gets their stuff out first I think.

She can use all of these:

Weighted Words (Body Control & Mind Manip), Five Focus (Disease Manip), Encounter (Attack Reflection), Scar Dead (Reopens all wounds someone has ever received at once, including mental wounds), Book Maker (Power Null, Stat Equalisation, and occasionally incaps by itself), All Fiction (Causality Manip, Existence Erasure, Absolute Zero, Conceptual Manipulation, Power Nullification, and Pseudo-Time Stop), Zapping Study (Mind Manip), The End (Power Mimicry)

I see like no resistances for any of this...

Definitely doesn't seem like a Coin Toss to me. Most of this stuff should work to kill Kenshiro. And she can probably just mimic the NEP along with all of his other techniques.

Kenshiro resists mind hax on his profile, and I’m pretty sure his will could bypass something like Weighted Words anyway (Toki literally used a pressure point to freeze Ken in place and he was able to move with enough willpower.) The rest get countered by Muso Tensei (minus The End and All Fiction.)

I know, what I'm saying is that all fiction before it was enhanced had a bug where it passively revived the user even against the user's will.

Okay then, that’s why I was saying Kenshiro had a chance of winning by incapping Medaka through pressure points (which can be instant btw). But, there’s also a chance Kenshiro kills Medaka using pressure points, she comes back and uses All Fiction removing all his powers, and gg.

Tbh I completely forgot Plot hax was even a thing in the game Sonicverse, let alone a character that does it by simply existing.

Ugh... even I have trouble keeping up with these Sonic hax upgrades. Even tho I'm partly responsible for them.

So... Nessie got a mini-upgrade, and now their mind, and soul exist inside their concept. They are also Acausality Type 4 and got their true form's concept to type 1 now, so there's that.

Who are the contenders for Bleach in 6-B, and what does Makoto have in 5-B? Any dangerous passives or thought-based abilities?

Even if said stuff is practically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimensional being, range and resistances.
