Two things
Giygas also has to worry about type 3 madness (Which is, of course, passive but happens overtime), his 2-3 layers of 4-D powernull, and Breakdown Phenomenon (Which is a combo of his own Void, Soul, Deconstruction, absorption, BFR ect) with practically any attack he uses.
Arata has type 4 and 6 immortality based on magic which is information type 2. Which it appears Giygas can't interact with.

There is where I am confused...
Fundamental: These characters can manipulate information, which serves as fundamental building block of reality. This can allow characters to rewrite the world to their whims, often by programming it much like they would a virtual reality. These manipulation can come on many levels. For some it might just be the mechanism behind mundane magical abilities, while others can rewrite information to change reality, causality or the laws of nature.
This legit seems like Type 2 concept but weaker, where just destroying everything is enough. Plus it is more about changing the laws of reality rather than interacting with abstract stuff.

Anyways no, the fate manip isn't passive and so Koriel just thinks and erases them on a CM1 and Info Type 2 level and the same applies to Altair, this would at worst let him incon the former before he decides to rip her Idea Sefirah from her body which stops people from using thier powers, and for Altair getting erased on a CM1 level would just neg her from being able to use her immo

Veldora gets merked by both Crota whose interdimensional range allows him to reach and go into spaces 2-A distances away, and while Sertous negs his immo and regen and ggs
Sertous beats Destiny, Destiny beats Veldora, Veldora gets beaten by dracula, and medea gets beaten by everyone else
Dracula should also not take the first place as he only really incons with First and Second due to the plot manip (despite the former having resistance to it, but dnd is an old and massive verse so someone would need a second udl to even attempt to fix it), but can't actually do anything against them
