Who in Ergen is 2 layers above baseline? Leaving aside the fact that they'll leave that tier later this year, only Bai sees baseline as fiction currently. The higher beings (Emperor, Paragon Wang Lin etc.) don't have profiles yet.

High 1-C just looks like a nice tier to me, idk why. (And it's also a somewhat rare tier.)
Speaking of which, shouldn't Umineko get a spot in High 1-C? I heard they don't have smurf stuff anymore in those tiers (unless Truths are still smurf)
