Well he’s being upgraded to 6-C I believe as well as having a completely stupid biological manipulation ability all on his own. And currently he has displayed a grand total of 0 new quirks in the manga due to being temporarily disabled. Which has just been rectified in the recent chapter.
So we’re in for some big additions to Shiggy power additions.

in terms of Power He's reached prime might levels, and is ripping off the limbs of people who compared to this AFO Key in durability in one go
Speed wise he's blitzing in the same category if he feels like it
Hax Wise he's getting biological manipulation / adaptation where he can adapt to any condition thrown at him in a matter of moments (happens in one panel, so like a second or two)
