Well he’s being upgraded to 6-C I believe as well as having a completely stupid biological manipulation ability all on his own. And currently he has displayed a grand total of 0 new quirks in the manga due to being temporarily disabled. Which has just been rectified in the recent chapter.
So we’re in for some big additions to Shiggy power additions.

Speed wise he's blitzing in the same category if he feels like it
