So unless The databook isn't accepted or i misinterpreting it cuz i am tired, any spirit dive yuno Should get a 2 times upgrade

Apparently we treat many times statament= at least 4 times

The guide it's normally german (from what i found at least) but iirc long ago we used a similar databook before (fana salamander can dry sea one and iirc the reason it was removed was lack of proofs IT isn't hyperbole) correct me if i am wrong or any standard was changed tho
