If it could be a stomp in both combatant's favor, then a discussion should start debating which one would strike first, and if no consensus can be made, then another arguement should be made to see if it's a mismatch or it's incon.Warren Valion said:

Goku's Info Manip will tell him what Agnes is capable of doing almost instantly, but that's not actually stopping her from saying the word "die" before Goku moves. However, if Goku uses IT or Kiais before she starts/finishes her word, it would at LEAST give Goku an element of suprise just long enough to one-shot her as well (cause she would have no idea what he would be doing at the time). Plus, this is even assuming she starts with Death. All of her other abilities either would do little to nothing against Goku (elemental attacks, time slow), or she wouldn't use it at the start of battle (Power drain, ressurection).
Add on a massive range advantage AND a massive speed advantage for Goku (despite the Speed Equalized, he has stat amp with SSJ transformations + Kaioken x100), and you get Goku's win, although there are posibilities that Agnes would win as well.
I say Goku wins 506/1000 times
