If someone as versatile and haxxed as Terrarian is let in, I have 0 idea why Garou, who has no hax to speak of barring Dura Neg, the rest being skill and AD, cannot be let in. I'd argue based on the hax I've seen talked about in the tournament that Garou is a tame choice.

I would let people in my tournament decide if it's fair to keep Garou in (Don't want every match to turn into stomp, Versatility is fine one shots via Hax is not what I'm looking for)
