Uh... Once again will ask how Speed Equalized will affect this matchup, due to Lucy's differing speed ratings.

Lucy is pretty much a better Garou offensively with massive AOE vectors that completely ignore durability and are the only thing she will use in character. Her only real weakness is her glass canon durability, but that can be circumveted by blocking with vectors. Honestly, only way Terrarian escapes losing this is if he has something that can bypass Lucy's vector shields (normal intangibility won't cut, since her vectors are constantly changing vibration frequency) and then it's an incon at best, since she 100% opens with instant vector dura negging. ( And that's not counting speed equalization making her vectors absurdly faster than both fighters through vswiki rules. )

Don't know Terrarian well but a quick peek shows that the only thing that might be effective is teleportation and mind manipulation. Not sure how to take that non-physical interaction.

I'm pretty much on Lucy's side though.

I'm gonna guess it's cause of the "Overuse powers = melt and die" weakness. Which is hard to capitalize on if uh, you can't do anything to survive it. Aka Yeah why.

Yeah, so uh, Lucy blitzes. Her vectors, aka her main form of attack and defense are massively hypersonic+ and she also has Relativistic reactions, so the Terrarian, who's equalized to Athletic human, definitely isn't doing shit and is gonna just get blitzed.

In fact Lucy just blitzes the entire tournament.
