I believe that thor has more chance of victory, telling that he too has a lot of experience in fights

Gotta go with Thor for being a little more versatile and vastly more experienced due to his age. Being trained as a warrior doesn't hurt either.

Thor, shazam is basically a child in a grown mans body that doesn't use his abilities to his advantage most of the time. But thor is a trained asgardain with 300+ years of fighting and combat experience couple that with his abilities frpm his hammer it's pretty much GG Shazam....

As I see it, they're both quite equal, except Thor got more experience and a tad bit more hax.

Thor via versatility (absolutely crazy magic manipulation that he doesn't even need to use most of the time, like life-draining, anti-force, god-blast, etc) and vastly superior experience.
