by the way Ikki has to get rid of a 1-A abstract type 1 in order to kill emps, and he gets mindscrewed before he can do anything because without further explaination Fate manip does not save you from tier 1 hax and at the very least 5-D precognition, though the Mindhax is something over six sextillion
due to Horus Heresy needing to finish before any real Warhammer CRTs are going to be done, which means Emps is probably leaving 4-B/4-A along with his primarchs and all who scale after that and more hax for everyone
