The Urban Jungle, Match 3: Hank J. Wimbleton vs John Doe

TOURNAMENT MATCH CONDITIONS:
  • The match takes place in a city specified by the organizer
  • Characters will start outside the city and are given two days to prepare with limited information on the other's capabilities (appearance, dangerous abilities, immortalities, etc.) They will also be given full access to information about anything they can use within the city. After 48 hours, they must enter the city and confront each other at a landmark of OP's choice.​
  • Characters will be given their optional equipment along with their preparation​
  • The characters have a week to achieve victory​
  • Victory is achieved under what is defined by SBA
    • Additionally, any characters outside the chosen city will be considered removed from the battlefield and will be given one week to return before they're declared the loser of the match.​
  • Any further accommodations for unique abilities will be decided as the tournament gathers more participants​
  • In tandem with the above, rules will be adjusted accordingly as well​
  • Last but most importantly, anything within the city can be used to the character's advantage (e.g. a character can run to a nearby zoo to use its animals, a character can run to the nearby power plant for energy, etc.), so research is highly encouraged if you want to know what's available to your submission!​

I was actually suggesting MC 11 MAG Hank to be used here

Anyway, Hank should pretty much take this. He’s able to fight of tens of trained agents at once and has also faced characters who have the potential to one-shot him all without getting hit. Plus, the 0.42 ton feat he scales to is actually casual, so he greatly upscales from this. He can also amplify his reaction speed to a point where he can kill people before they can get a chance to react, meaning that he will kill John before he can get a chance to copy his powers. Even if he does, he’s had experience with fighting characters as skilled or more skilled than himself, like Jesus or Tricky. Plus, as I said earlier, he’s stronger.

Just to be clear, this is John in his "Fight with Seraphina" Key and in this key, he is unable to copy anymore abilities.

John's Abilities in this key are:
Arlo's Barrier: Forcefield Creation that has Attack Reflection
Remi's Lightning: Electricity Manipulation with Paralysis
Cecile's Conjure: Vines: Allows him to create blades and whips made of energy which he control at will.
Zeke's Phase Shift: Gives him an offense and a defense form but he generally uses that defense form in this key.
 
Ah, alright.

To be fair, however, Hank has fought characters with forcefields before in the form of Jesus. Otherwise, I keep my same arguments.
 
Imma try give my input on this:
Skillwise, Hank definitely has
Hank has a 1.68x advantage. While Hank does greatly upscale to his AP, so does John since he scales (slightly below) to Seraphina who casually one-shoted Arlo's Barrier which is baseline 8-C.

In LS, Hank is baseline Class 1 (i think) while John is baseline Class 5 so John does have an advantage. However, this probably doesn't matter much since Hank's probably just gonna shoot him with a barrage of bullets.
Speed is equalized but John has much higher reaction speed.
 
John's Abilities in this key are:
