Sometime during the Boruto era, Amado created a simulation system containing data of every notable Shinobi that ever existed. For research and a bit of fun, he decided to create a simulation of a free for all consisting of 8 different teams from different villages each containing 10 very strong Shinobi members.

Rules:
Each team can only have 10 members at most.
Battle takes place in the DBS ToP Arena but much larger.
The tournament lasts for 48 minutes at most.
All characters have intel on everyone's capabilities.
Only characters from post-Warring States Era to War Arc.
Each team can only have one Kage. However Characters that haven't become a Kage by the time the War Arc ends are unaffected by this rule.
Characters from different eras can fight together. For example, Hashirama can fight together with Naruto.
No Edo Tenseis allowed.
Perfect Jinchuurikis are considered to be two members in one. Themselves and the Tailed Beast they have. This rule doesn't apply to Imperfect Jinchuurikis.
Tailed Beasts that used to belong to a village but was taken away by Akatsuki are allowed to participate in said village team, either via a Jinchuuriki or by themselves.
No summons allowed
No Six Paths/Boruto era characters.
Multiple iterations of the same character on different teams are allowed. (For example younger Nagato can be in Amegakure Team while at the same time Pain can be in the Akatsuki team)
The last standing team wins Otherwise, the team with the most members after the 48 minutes end wins.
Killing is allowed but it's not necessary. Characters can simply knock their opponents of the arena.

Konohagakura slap.
Naruto can buff his teams with kyuubi chakra which has hashirama and madara already the two stronger.
The chakra will allow them to resist almost anything other teams throw their way, regenerate them from wounds, and naruto can stack two susanoo on his avatar via madara and sasuke using their god tier chakra control and combining their strength, we never see a stacked susanoo but it will just be regular armor probably just a more bluer purple.
Then he can hide konoha's people inside this virtually indistrucable avatar.
Now imagine if someone like hashirama mixes in his chakra too it buffing it with more with ying and yang (Two generations of indra and ashura reincarnates all pushing chakra into an avatar) then you can argue he might be able to layer kyuubi chakra enhanced wood all around kurama as well for extra protection
Also using konoha's war arc variants mean they have info on just about every dangerous person here as they either fought againts or with them.

Only problem I see are the particle style users, and itachi's susanoo (which can be blitzed) but the naruto can freely move people inside his avatar, and its huge at time being on par with mountains so he will have no trouble simply staying outside of their range.

Also with sakura, guy and kakashi please elaborate on forms because some forms of them very well have the capability to solo this list.

I changed some rules. Everyone know has Intel on each other. Also, I restricted DMS and Eight Gate for Kakashi and Guy.

How I imagine this will go.

WA Sage Kabuto is the strongest member of the team but he gets dealt with easily by some of the stronger characters such as the Third Raikage. Karin can only do support moves unless enraged, Hebi Sasuke dies after launching one Kirin and taking out some of the weaker members of the combatans, probably beaten by his WA version on the other team. One saving grace they have is Kabuto and Tayuya each have a very potent auditory genjutsu. Though, I'm not sure if that will be very useful.

Most of Team Ame's members are pretty weak except Young Nagato and Hanzo. One of the two Rinnegan users on this list, Nagato is very powerful and have some crazy strong abilities. The ability to send someone flying outside the arena with the Deva Path, insta kill with Human path, mechanical enhancements with the Asura path, and the ability to heal his team with the Naraka path. Ninjutsus would also be useless against him due to Preta path. Hanzo on the other hand is a very skilled combatant capable of using strong poison. If he lands a hit on someone it's likely they will be crippled or even killed in the next few minutes. But since the two of them didn't experience the WA power creep it's likely they will get immediately blitzed and one-shotted by the Kage-tier characters

They have the best healer in the verse on there team (well future best but at this level she is still better than everyone else)

Kage level - Shisui (God of shinobi tier with koto which he can use on say Nagato, Obito or Itachi getting all of their broken hax for his team which naruto can then further amp)

High Kage level - Sakura, Kakashi, Guy

God of shinobi tier - Hashirama, Madara, Naruto and Sasuke.

No other team would have anyone in the God of shinobi tier, konoha has 4...

Naruto and Sasuke could literally hard carry Konoha. Honestly it would have been more of a match if you restricted Naruto and Sasuke and restricted Madara and Hashirama. Remove the literal demi gods of the series. They don't need to be in. The moment WA Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, and Madara was added it was all over for the other teams

Spoiler: Getting Into Formation

As the battle begins, we cut to our teams. In the Hidden Leaf, Kakashi yells for everyone to stay together. However, Sasuke immediately runs off, and Naruto and Sakura follow. Before Kakashi can complain, Madara runs off, as does Jiraiya. He turns to Hashirama, but he has already run off as well. Guy turns to Kakashi, as well as Shisui. "Well, Kakashi, don't you think it's time to have some fun?" he chuckles. Kakashi turns, throwing him a quick laugh.

In the Hidden Stone, Muu floats upward, quietly meditating. Two nameless shinobi stand at his side, guarding him. Young Deidara quickly flies off, and Roshi makes his way across the battlefield to find another place.

In the Hidden Sand, Gaara stands, calling out for everyone to form a vanguard. Shukaku complains, but still listens to him. Temari, Kankuro, Baki, Pakura, Chiyo, Young Sasori, and two nameless shinobi sit around them.

In the Hidden Cloud, A, the mighty 3rd Raikage, calls out orders. However, Killer B and Omoi set out on their own, as do Kinkaku and Ginkaku, and Yugito Nii. Darui and Dodai stand beside A.

In the Hidden Mist, Yagura stands at the head of a force of hunters. Travelling together, he brings alongside him Chojuro and Ao. Zabuza and Haku set off on their own, as do Juzo Biwa, Fuguki Suikazan, and Mangetsu Hozuki.

In the Hidden Sound, Orochimaru brings with him all five of the Sound Four. Kabuto sets off on his own, as do Team Hebi.

In the Hidden Rain, Hanzo stands atop Ibuse, his second member, with 3 nameless shinobi at his side. Yahiko, Young Nagato, Young Konan, Kie, and Kyusuke form their own brigade as well.

Meanwhile, with the Akatsuki forming together, Deva Pain/Konan, Sasori/Deidara, Kisame/Itachi, Kakuzu/Hidan, and Obito/Zetsu set off on their own.

Spoiler: Battle: BEGIN!!

As Hashirama begins to snake around, young Deidara suddenly hits him with a series of exploding pigeons. But, as it turns out, Hashirama counters with a Substitution Jutsu, knocking Young Deidara so hard that his spine breaks.

Meanwhile, Juzo Biwa encounters Yugito Nii. He attempts to cleave off her head, but she counters by ducking, then uppercutting him, claws tearing at his face. He backflips, throwing Kubikiribocho. She grabs it, cutting her hands, but tosses it aside, charging after him, where they both kick each other, before Juzo spits up a water blast, and Yugito a fire blast, which severely burns her foe, before she leaves.

Kabuto encounters Zabuza and Haku, entering Dragon Sage Mode and striking a pose. Zabuza cuts his throat, as Haku peppers him with senbon. However, the cut heals, as he pulls the senbon out. "Now, now. Zabuza. Haku. Both of you are better than this. Try harder." he whispers. Zabuza throws up some mist, as Haku sets up his mirrors. However, Kabuto rushes at the mirrors, healing from the attacks of both, using Inorganic Reincarnation to disrupt the mirrors. He then leaps under the ground, forcing the two of them on guard. He quickly leaps up, grabbing Haku's leg and pulling him under. An enraged Zabuza tears away at the ground with his blade, but Kabuto rises up from behind him, finishing him off with a Chakra Scalpel to the neck. Haku takes his last breath crying out for Zabuza.

Guy, Shisui, and Kakashi come across Hidan and Kakuzu. Shisui appears behind Hidan, cutting his back, as Kakashi impales him with Chidori. Guy opens the First Gate, attacking Kakuzu, who retaliates with superior numbers, until Guy opens the Sixth Gate, easily defeating his foe, as Kakashi and Shisui finish off Hidan.

Kinkaku and Ginkaku encounter Roshi, who knocks Ginkaku back with one blow, causing Kinkaku to quickly retaliate. Knowing not what to do with their artifacts against such a powerful, yet calm opponent, the brothers enter their V2 states, as Roshi enters his own. Being much faster than them, he begins to overpower them on the individual scale, but, in the end, he has to enter his Son Goku form, albeit briefly, to crush both into the ground with twin-fisted strikes.

Coming across White Zetsu and Obito, Jiraiya heavily damages the plantlike man with one hit, then kills him with a Rasengan. However, as Obito bears down on him, he realizes he can't use Sage Mode. Jiraiya attempts to use Swamp of the Underworld, but Obito is unnaffected, using Kamui on himself to walk over the mud. Jiraiya attempts to attack him in various other ways, but without summoning, he is heavily restricted, and Obito kills him.

Madara encounters Killer B and Omoi. Omoi attacks Madara, who cuts him in half, but that was merely a clone, which explodes into lightning, surprising Madara, who is attacked by Killer B, in his V2 state, who knocks him back a bit, before shooting some ink at him. However, Madara cuts him, severely injuring him. B, with his Lariat, which is comparable to A's, who, with this very specific technique, was said to approach the speed of light iirc, slams Madara backwards into the ground. Meanwhile, Omoi launches another attack, alongside his clone, as Madara slashes at both, heavily injuring Omoi. As B activates his full Gyuki form, Madara activates his Perfect Susano'o, crushing Omoi and beginning to battle the Jinchuuriki. Slowly, he overwhelms Gyuki, and kills him.

Kisame and Itachi fight Yahiko's Akatsuki, and Kisame alone easily dispatches Yahiko, Kie, and Kysuke, while Itachi defeats Nagato and Konan. However, as they leave, Orochimaru rises from the ground, taking Young Nagato's body with him as he returns to it.

As this happens, the Sound 4 fight Fuguki Suikazan, who manages to kill Jirobo with Samehada, before Tayuya's genjutsu takes effect, stunning him for the necessary time required for Orochimaru to return, killing him with a stab from Kusanagi.

Team 7 encounters Team Hebi, and the two Sasukes begin to argue about different ideologies, and whether or not killing Itachi is morally correct. They briefly come to blows, but go their seperate ways.

Mangetsu Hozuki encounters Deidara and Sasori, with Deidara using a series of explosives to overpower him. As Deidara walks away, Sasori finishes Mangetsu off.

A3 and his team encounter Hanzo, who A3 kills, as Ao and Chojuro dispatch the guards. A, concentrating his energy, quickly kills Ibuse as well.

Spoiler: The end begins

Team 7 come across team A3. A3 leaps upon Naruto, who enters Kurama Mode, as A activates his Lightning Armor. As A concentrates his One Finger Nukite, Naruto, with 10 clones active, hits him with a series of Rasengans, pushing him back. Meanwhile, Sasuke and Darui trade blows, but Sasuke activates the skeletal Susano'o, killing Darui in one hit. Sakura and Dodai each deliver powerful attacks, but Dodai's rubber defense holds Sakura back. Sakura continues to pressure him, until Sasuke quickly intervenes, his Humanoid Susano'o pushing back the foe, then killing him in a single hit. As this happens, Naruto activates his Kurama Avatar, able to match A in hand to hand combat. However, when Sakura and Sasuke arrive, Amaterasu is able to destroy the foe.

Team Hebi come across team Yagura. Ao and Karin begin to fight, as Suigetsu comes to blows with Chojuro, and Jugo, together with Sasuke, battles Yagura himself. Karin is overpowering her foe, but his far more precise strikes are able to briefly restrain her. However, she is able to win after a brief clash. Chojuro and Suigetsu seem to be evenly matched, but Suigetsu finally overpowers him after absorbing one of his water style jutsu. As Jugo attacks Yagura, he enters his Sage Transformation, being able to damage the Mizukage. Meanwhile, Sasuke, in his CS2 state, heavily damages Yagura with a slash, but he manages to create mirror clones of both. The two of them defeat their clones, as Suigetsu and Karin join in, quickly beginning an assault on him at the sides of the originals. V2 Yagura takes Sasuke by surprise, knocking him off of his feet. However, Sasuke leaps back and spits up a series of fireballs, as Jugo uppercuts the Kage in the face. As Yagura bears down on them, Karin strikes him, and Suigetsu cuts him across the cheek. Yagura calls upon Isobu, entering his full Tailed Beast Mode. Meanwhile, Karin restrains him with the Adamantine Sealing Chains, as Suigetsu bombards him with water, and Sasuke pulls out his finishing move. "KIRIN!!" he calls, as the attack strikes Isobu, chipping away a decently-sized piece of his skin and drawing blood. Isobu responds in kind by firing off a Bijuu Bomb Barrage that devastates the team, throwing Karin off balance and allowing him to crush her, before doing the same to each of the others.

Madara intercepts Deidara and Sasori, cutting Deidara's arm off, before Sasori opens fire with a cloud of senbon, which Madara deflects. Quickly appearing behind Sasori, he cuts Hiruko into pieces, before Sasori uses the Third Kazekage, which Madara also destroys. Deidara attacks with an exploding clone, but Madara's Susano'o blocks it, before he attacks Sasori's army, slashing them apart in a way akin to the Allied Shinobi Forces in their attack on him. As he finishes off the main Sasori, Deidara, using his own life, summons C0. Only by using Perfect Susano'o does Madara survive, albeit heavily injured. As he recovers, Young Deidara, having stood back up from having his back broken, flies in with a barrage of birds. However, Madara quickly kills him, and his final explosion is much less impressive.

Team Kakashi encounter Yugito Nii, who quickly enters the form of Matatabi. Shisui quickly controls her. Juzo Biwa, returning from his injuries, but very hurt, hurls Kubikiribocho, which Kakashi catches, as Guy kills him with one hit.

Team 7 encounter Roshi, whose Bijuu form the Kurama Avatar lifts overhead, slamming it down on his knee. An audible crack is heard, before Kurama tosses the foe out of the ring.

Kisame and Itachi attack Hashirama. Itachi, activating his Mangekyo Sharingan, attempts to trap Hashirama in a genjutsu, but Hashirama, clearing his mind, undoes its effects, but not fast enough to avoid being hit by a wall of water from Kisame. As he's pushed back, skidding along the ground, Kisame fuses with Samehada, rushing at him, as Itachi stands back to watch him. Hashirama, being far superior to Kisame, kicks him in the face at a speed the slower fighter cannot even react to, launching him back a solid 15 meters, before he summons a spear made of wood that quickly impales Kisame, before the water is dispersed, and Hashirama tosses the defused Samehada to the side. Kisame looks into the sky. "Itachi... please... finish him," he whispers, coughing out a final, choked breath, as he uses Earth Style: Subterranean Voyage to sink into the ground and disrupt Hashirama long enough for Itachi to use Amaterasu on his arm, but Hashirama lunges at him, cutting off his own arm to launch at Itachi, who simply sidesteps it. Focusing his chakra, Hashirama regrows his arm, as Itachi summons a Susano'o that nearly decapitates him, until Hashirama both dodges and activates his Sage Mode. Hashirama, calling forth a Wood Dragon, strikes at Itachi, who blocks it with the Yata Mirror, then seals it away with the Totsuka Blade. Rapidly moving around it, Hashirama launches attacks from all sides, until eventually, he is able to break through the Susano'o, and even to incapacitate Itachi, eventually, at the cost of a great deal of stamina.

Deva Pain, Konan, and Obito attack Team 7. Obito attempts to battle Sasuke, who calls in Amaterasu, forcing Obito to use Kamui on himself. However, Sasuke still continues to attempt to land attacks on him, and, in time, Obito is made to use Izanagi, landing a slash across one of Sasuke's eyes, before succumbing to his injuries. Sakura attempts to land several hits on Konan, but is slashed in random locations across her body. However, she continues to heal with the Creation Rebirth. Meanwhile, Naruto quickly outpaces Pain, hitting him with a Bijuu Bomb Rasengan that pushes him back a hundred meters. He proceeds to clone himself, and rapidly pummel the foe with various attacks. Pain attempts a Chibaku Tensei, but Naruto knocks him out of the ring before it can take effect. Sasuke, using his fire style Jutsu, and Naruto, using a series of clones at far superior speed, are able to defeat her quickly.

Yagura attacks the Hidden Sound encampment, Isobu's power breaking through the Sound 4's barrier. However, Kabuto gets back up, and begins firing off various jutsus at the foe, as the Sound 4 do the same. However, it is in vain, until Orochimaru gets back up, thrusting his hand forward. His eyes open. It's the Rinnegan. "Shinra Tensei," he whispers, instantly launching Isobu out of the ring. And now, it's time for the final round to begin.

Spoiler: Finale

The Hidden Leaf's forces come back together, Yugito Nii beside them. As they launch an attack on the Hidden Sound, the Hidden Sand begins a battle against the Hidden Stone.

Yugito Nii, entering her Jinchuuriki form, attacks Orochimaru, whose Chaotic Shinra Tensei pushes her back, allowing Kidomaru to openly fire on her, increasing the knockback enough to push her off the stage. Orochimaru speeds forward, being intercepted by Madara and Hashirama, as Madara rapidly slashes at him, and Hashirama kicks him in the back of the head. Meanwhile, Naruto attacks Kabuto, entering Sage Mode to quickly outspeed him and hit him with a Rasenshuriken, slicing off his arm, a series of 5 clones overwhelming Kabuto, as Sasuke and
Sakura both attack at the same time, killing him. Kidomaru attacks Shisui, who appears behind him, rapidly dicing him to pieces. Tayuya attacks Guy, but he covers his ears, knocking her off the stage with a kick. Sakon and Ukon attack Kakashi, who slices them both in half. As Orochimaru begins to outspeed Hashirama and Madara, with his enhanced speed due to the Rinnegan's power, Hashirama activates Sage Mode, and Madara uses his Perfect Susano-o. Meanwhile, all the others arrive, and Orochimaru is overwhelmed and killed.

Gaara launches a series of sand bullets at Muu, who dodges them all, rushing at him. However, Kankuro uses his Sasori puppet to block him. However, Muu charges his Dust Release, forcing Temari to intervene, as Gaara seals Muu, whose attack only hits a sand wall. A giant arm of golden dust pins Muu to the ground, and all 3 siblings attack at once, but Muu splits in half, preparing his Dust Release again. Gaara knocks one back, as Kankuro and Temari attack the other, but he is able to land a hit... or he would, if one of the nameless shinobi didn't jump in the way, sacrificing themself, and allowing the siblings to finish Muu off. Baki battles Ittan, and quickly slashes him to pieces. Shukaku fires off a series of wind bullets, with both nameless shinobi on the other side dying. Kitsuchi hits him with the Earth Style: Sandwich Jutsu, and is able to injure him, but this
leaves Kitsuchi open, with Young Sasori barely being blocked by Akatsuchi, who summons a Golem to block his puppets, which are able to launch a series of attacks that push it back. Chiyo leaps in to assist him, and when Kurotsuchi attempts to intervene, a nameless shinobi attacks her, and is killed. Pakura, taking the opportunity to land an attack, uses the Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder to dehydrate her, but is stopped by the Water Release: Water Trumpet, as the two begin to engage in melee combat. Baki shows up to help Pakura, the two
of them killing Kurotsuchi together, albeit with difficulty, as Chiyo and Sasori do the same. There is only one member of the Hidden Stone left, who is killed by Gaara.

Finally, the end is here. The Hidden Leaf on one side, the Hidden Sand on the other. 8 to a side, it seems no one can win. Hashirama attacks Gaara, and, despite being far more injured, outspeeds, only a sand shield blocking his strike, until he calls forth a Wood Golem, which is able to overpower and kill Gaara after a long fight.

Madara attacks Kankuro, outpacing him, as Kankuro launches a series of senbon from his puppet, one of which actually grazes Madara, putting a small trace of poison in his blood, before he kills Kankuro in one hit. Naruto attacks Shukaku, his Kurama Avatar pushing the foe back, as they struggle back and forth, until Naruto finally overpowers him, pushing him off the stage. Young Sasori attacks Sasuke, and his three puppets all attack the far stronger foe, whose Susano'o crushes all of them, before Sasuke kills him. Sakura attacks Chiyo, and they attack back and forth, until Sakura crushes her with a singular blow. Guy attacks Temari, his 7th Gate finishing her off in two hits. Baki battles Shisui, who quickly defeats him. Kakashi battles Pakura, killing her with a Kamui.
