FW2 has mid-high regen since a Majin race CaC is being used. However, HGR only comes with Zamasu's Super Soul, which isn't being used.

Well, for the soul swap, he lauchs a beam at the opponent, and they change bodies.

For the time stop, they launch a beam at the opponent, and they stop for a few seconds.
FW 2 can also use Hit time stop abilities.
