Rugal abilities takes care of whatever Ryu can dish out and end the battle there as well, he has nothing to defend against them

He has a barrier that reflects proiectiles, can absorb Ryu powers like the Satsui no Hado(which he did in Capcom vs SNK if i remember to Akuma) and such, pretty much that

To be honest im not too familiar with KOF as of now, so im going from what i see on his profile, so i cant answer these questions

Rugal seems to have more potent abilities than Ryu. Barriers, Gravity Manipulation, and some other stuff. Voting Rugal.
