About the nigh-omniscience thing above, it's a bit of a case by case thing.
We don't say that someone who knows past, present and future because they have a higher perspective will suddenly stop percieving it because lolequalization.
If someone perceives everything that happens in the universe, this does extend to the opponents, but it doesn't give them knowledge of their past or something.

From my understanding of how we classify time hax, and based on the Protagonist's powers in A Wise use Of Time, the plot hax, or at least not the explosion hax isn't going to kill him in time due to the time hax shielding him, so I'm imclined to say he still wins despite it.

Its passive, all of his hax are passive, he couldn't go back if dead by that logic, but he was decapitated.
