the thing that Dio laughs at?okay.

Erasing probaly wont work because he regenerated after him and the game got erased(im dont know how that is not high-godly),time stop is not gonna work because lol omnipresence but Mind Hax and BFR is gonna do the job so im vote Dio for those reasons.
 
I like how none of what you said is actually on Dio's profile.

He only resists Willpower Manip and his regen is only High-Mid. Literally anything offensive WF does to Dio kills him. And Dio certainly can't prevent it fast enough.
 
How can you BFR an omnipresent? Considering Dio's extreme glass cannon status and how MiH isn't going to be fast enough to override White Face doing anything, I'm going with White Face here.
 
Well WF is omnipresent on the scale of two universes while DIO has Multiversal+ range, so it's not outside the realm of possibilities. But I doubt he can even teleport something nonexistent and omnipresent over two universes like that.

What? Do you actually believe Power Null is the same thing as Willpower Manipulation?
 
Willpower manip is a subset of Mind Manip. Power Null physical restraints you from using a move. Not the same thing at all.

How GER ability works - also stop the guy from acting

In that case they are the same ability basically.
 
They sound similar only because you cut out how they work and context, it's like saying Mind Manipulation and Time Stop are the same thing because they can both stop someone.
 
Same visible effect =/= same cause

GER stops the guy from acting by making the target unwilling to act. WF just makes it outright impossible to act. In WF's case, it's basically a subset of reality warping.

From what im saw only Kars and Valentine are probaly going to get hited by the downgrade hammer Dio is still gonna be 2A.

Also, even if PN wasn't usable (Which is totally is), WF has many more ways to kill Dio anyway. Just one-shotting him through sheer AP or erasing would work.
