The problem is really about "can he one shoot white album?" sinse if he can't the first strike will freeze his entire arm... I guess he still would be able to time skip out of It... or time skip the strike It self

Dude, he only striked the cracked part once.

And the very blows he's landing are deforming the armor.

It was 5 strikes total, each blow demonstrated damage, rending the armor.

It wasn't "a barrage", 4 blows ain't fisticuffs.

I think Part 3 Jotaro beats Diavolo pretty handily tbh, I think SP scaling a decent bit higher speed wise, oneshotting, SP automatically protecting Jotaro on his own to help with TE catching him off guard, and his precision being far better than SC's helps him a lot.

I think Jotaro just tags KC like Polnareff did but way more precise, which would pretty much kill him or give him severe brain damage. It gets even more Jotaro favored if you let him know about blood trick.

Part 4 and 6 is a lot closer though if you think he got slower in between parts (I don't buy it personally but VSBW does)
