How exactly does Jade fight someone with sub-rel speed?
Also yes the sub-rel would scale to reaction and combat speed, and iirc puffball outsped the knives by flying too

She never outsped them, even when she returned, the knives were still moving faster than her, and the lapse was also inconsistent. If anything, at least give them Sub-rel reactions and combat speed. Ill go revise it soon.
