Wait is that Link? I mean, he chose the right girl as Midna>Ilia and Zelda (which says a lot), but dang is he thirsty lol.
Yeah, that's him as a Wolf-Twilight Hybrid.

Here's another one:

I thought the design was neat.

Neat is an understatement. Link's living the life right now.
I don't know.

From my interpretation, Link looks like he has the mind of a beast, and is solely used by Midna for sexual favors.

I would hate such an existence, but the art is fantastically done and should be appreciated.

Well, you can take it as Midna in her throne and Link just chilling out with her while looking badass as Midna teases.

Love the design for Link though, the marks and the glowing lines do give him a pretty cool vibe.

I disagree, the way she holds him, and his positioning in comparison to hers show that she is both controlling him and is the dominant one. The lulled out stare in Link's eyes shows his mind is more of a wolf than man.

And obviously, sex is involved

However, I love the design as well.

He actually seems to be frowning at the camera a bit... I think.

Twili-Link outfit as DLC for BotW? I hadn't noticed he also has a Master Dagger at his side.

No, he is sensually bitting on to her finger. Which either shows their sexual relationship with one another, or it shows how Link is like a dog or wolf and likes to bite fingers.

While Midna, so far, is my favorite travelling partner in the games. I actually liked Navi and Fi as well. I can see the complains about them, but I didn't find them annoying or anything and I actually found them useful helpers (Navi was the reason we had Lock On in OoT among other things).

Speaking of, need an advice here. Finally got myself a Switch. So was wondering if I should go for Breath of the Wild straight away or stop kicking the can and save BOTW for later and get Majora's Mask first.

Ooh, that's a toughy. Both BOTW and MM are excellent games in and of themselves, and deserve a good playthrough.

Though I don't wanna stir controversy, I'd actually suggest Majora's Mask first. Not only is it cheaper to get, but it also does play as more of a standard 3D Zelda title, whereas Breath of the Wild was extremely groundbreaking in terms of its gameplay and its open-world environment. Plus, having played MM before, despite how repetitive it may seem to play the same three days in a row again and again, there's a lot that goes into this game that keeps it from feeling stale, and it is particularly a blast to play. So, my recommendation is Majora's Mask for now, and keep Breath of the Wild in stock for later. (Also, MM will not eat up your entire life as badly as BOTW, so that's a plus as well.)

Majora's Mask is my favorite game ever so my opinion may be quite biased, but I'd suggest playing Majora's Mask first. Also because you cannot appreciate the changes to the Zelda formula applied by BOTW if it's one of your first Zelda games.

Got it, I'll go for Majora's Mask then and save BotW for later. It's actually a really good point, to fully experience the classic style to really feel the big changes the newer installment brought.

Had forgotten how extensive BotW was >_>. That would mean putting on hold Majora's Mask even more than necessary.

Playing BOTW was pretty overwhelming for me at first cause it's so different to the Zelda games i played before

That image of Twilight Princess Ganondorf a bit up is absoultely amazing.

As for Best Ganon: Design wise, Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf is probably the best one, though Twilight Princess Ganondorf comes very close. Character wise, Wind Waker Ganondorf.

As for which one to start with between Majora and BOTW: Honestly, Majora's Mask. Breath of the Wild is basically a Zelda game for Zelda fans with the amount of references, easter eggs, callbacks, etc which means the world to those who have been playing Zelda for a while. I say Majora's Mask because if you play that, you'll want to play others before you go to Breath of the Wild which in my opinion, makes BOTW more special once you get to it's massive open world and stand outside of that cave for the first time.

I definitely prefer Breath of the Wild over Majora's Mask as a game, but I suggest playing the other games first before you play Breath of the Wild to get maximum enjoyment from what the game references to the series and it's changes to the formula.

That and Majora's Mask is much cheaper.

I'd disagree.

Majora's Mask is my favorite Zelda game and just one of my favorite games period.

And you should always save the best for last.

But saving something for after BOTW means not doing it at all ovo

@Warren: Holy crap, that one looks incredible!

Well, as Zeldasmash said, BotW has content that's more appreciated the more familiarized you are with the series, and also from what I get it is a huge time sink, so it's likely i'll pospone Majora even more if I go for BotW first.

And well, since BotW gave such a different step it won't feel like an upgrade or downgrade from MM, but a different experience altogether so I don't think they'll hurt each other that way.

Another quality LP by Emile to watch and enjoy. Just in time too as I only just finished binge watching Yoshis Wooly World.

Here's a question, what's the earliest memory any of you have with the series? Mine is when I was, I think 6 or 7 years old (Somewhere around that age) and I found and brought a N64 and copy of Ocarina of Time at a car boot sale. I spent my entire summer break that year beating the game with the help of my cousin and it was a damn good time.

Mine goes to playing a Link to the Past, making my way through the palace. As well as watching the Triforce Pieces come together as the Master Sword fell and the triumphant fanfare of the title screen played. I recall for some bizarre reason when I was a kid I never dared to fight the final bosses of the games I played, I could beat superbosses but never tried to fight the final boss so I never fought Ganon until I replayed it time later.

And I freaking loved upgrading the swords.

My earliest memory is seeing Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass being featured in some gaming magazine years ago, and I never even really acknowledged Zelda was a thing until the 25th Anniversary of the series, when my brother got the special Four Swords game on his 3DS.

My first time ever playing a Zelda game by myself probably was...Ocarina of Time 3D?

This question was asked before, or something really close to it, so I am going to copy and paste my answer:

"Twilight Princess.

I remember it vividly.

I was at my local library looking at the next game I wanted to borrow. I stumbled upon Twilight Princess. What captured my attention immediately was the name. The "sensational" Twilight Saga series was popular around that time and the title made instantly think of that series and laugh.

After my initial reaction, I looked at the artwork on the cover, and instantly I became ensnared. I loved the gothic dark anime art style-it was gorgeous and still is-and I decided...why not? I brought the game home and started to play it.

And then something unexplainable happened.

When I was rounding up the goats I was bombarded with an overwhelming sense of Déj├á vu, and I couldn't-and still can't-determine why though. I felt like I played this game before, that I was doing a motion I knew I did a thousand times, but I hadn't. Playing this game just felt...right.

A sense of impossible nostalgia overtook my young mind, and I knew, I was hooked.

I went on to make it to the Lakebed Temple. Sadly, the layout was too grand and complex for my dumb seven-year-old mind to figure out. My free rental time had expired and I had to return the game to the Library. I continued to sporadically borrow the game from the Library and after a few years, when my mind matured, I beat the Lakebed Temple, obtained 'The Master' Sword, and defeated both Ganondorf and the game. I had conquered the seemingly impossible challenge.

And throughout all those years from when I first played Twilight Princess to the time when I put it down after I victoriously slew the King of Evil. I had scoured the internet to fill my useless brain up with everything Zelda related. The other games in the franchise, the theories, the cartoon show, and CD-i games, the timeline, absolutely everything. I bought Twilight Princess and other Zelda games and completed them 100% numerous times and continue to do so annually out of a sense of love for the series (Sans Breath of the Wild. I 100% completed that game on Normal and Master Mode. Once was enough and I refuse to do so again). Anyway...

This game.

This damn game.

This game, that made me feel impossible sensations, this game, that opened up a whole universe that enticed me at every turn and still does so to this day. This game, the one that started it all.

This game is the reason why this series became my favorite video game franchise of all time. And it all started on that day in 2008, back when I hadn't a care in the world.

I am grateful for that day."

This is beautiful and I empathize with that. TP was my first Zelda game too. To the point I named Link "Sheik" because I legit thought Link's name wasn't Zelda, but was Sheik (Melee was my favorite game before that). TP is either my favorite or second favorite (depending on how I feel on Chrono Trigger) game of all time, while Zelda remains my favorite franchise. More than Pokemon. More than Kirby. It's worthy of all the praise it gets.

My first Zelda game was either Oracle of Seasons, Link to the past, or Phantom Hourglass.

A bit of an embarrassing story but when we first got TP we got stuck for a but on the very beginning when you have to get a fish with the fishing rod.

My earliest memory with Zelda was playing Ocarina of Time and getting so scared with Gohma i couldn't get past the first dungeon.

My oldest Zelda memory was playing Oot on the GameCube via the collection and being the nope I was couldn't even get past the first floor to the first dungeon cause Zelda wasn't like anything else I played at the time

The other found memeory I have is watching my cousin play Wind Waker my young mind was so captivated
