Arale Norimaki VS Johnny Test​

Rules
  • Fight Location: Central Park
  • Starting Distance: 1km
  • Both out in character. Use them any way you can
  • Equalize ALL STATS to Johnny's Stats
  • Win by any means
Arale has access to the following abilities the rest are deactivated:
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics
  • Inorganic Physiology Type 2
  • Self-Sustenance (All)
  • Immortality
  • Genius Intelligence
  • Elasticity and Body Control
  • Marksmanship
  • Hammerspace
  • Enhanced Senses
  • Acrobatics
  • ALL RESISTANCES ARE ACTIVE
  • Has access to all Optional Equipment and are used as Primary Method of Battle
Johnny has access to the following abilities the rest are deactivated:
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics
  • Regeneration (High-Low)
  • Immortality (Type 3)
  • Master Martial Artist
  • Elasticity & Body Control
  • Self-Sustenance
  • Acrobatics
  • Hammerspace
  • Stealth Mastery
  • ALL RESISTANCES ARE ACTIVE
  • Has access to all of Susan's and Mary's Inventions and are used as Primary Method of Battle
If things are somehow still unfair, comment what adjustments can be made to make the battle more fair for both parties
