Grimm=Grimm suddenly appears one day in your verse. It doesn't attack at all, rather it appears to everyone as a strange new phenomenon that dances at the very edge of your vision; moving away whenever you look at it or even try to. The black clown at first becomes something of an odd mystery, but overtime its lingering presence makes it too much to bear as something constantly in the inhabitant's vision in their everyday life.
Its presence is non-threatening but it will attack back if provoked with one who responds by trying to attack it (assuming it bothers to shift into reality).
