Rodan kind of speedblitzes and might actually put him down since Godzilla's level of planetary is like 4 or 5 times Earth busting when he was weaker which Rodan scales to as Fire Rodan.

Rodan still has the power advantage and other physical stat advantages. Cthulu's hacks might prevent a real death blow, like his Regenerationn, but he can't really do much.

Seriously, what can he do? Maybe mess with Rodan's soul, but so can Godzilla and he didn't even really do it.

Cthulhu's go to thing seems to be Madness Manip-ing people, so he would probably first cause Rodan to go completely insane. When that does nothing (I assume Rodan being insane will only make Rodan fight like a wild animal, not going for his special moves and just going utterly bannanas by attacking TGC) he will likely use his claws and tendrils. Also a good thing to note is Cthulhu seems to retaliate to attacks by doing a similar attack ex. if he is attacked in melee, if attacked from range he will attack from range etc.

Does he have a ranged attack capable of clashing with Rodan? Remember Rodan's like bare minimum 5x Earth busting. His fight with Godzilla was also stated to be able to tear the planet apart.

I am not posative, due to the nature of the game. As for stength, his true form is strong enough to destroy the world so I am not sure if that is an AP stomp for Rodan. It is only discribed as "tearing the world assunder" and "destroying earth" etc. Nothing that would preclude anything higher.

Then this is probably a win for Rodan, unless he is iirc 7 times stronger that Cthulhu, in which it would be a stomp.

Might be. Rodan also has more ability in this fight, since he could probably use his hurricane force winds to keep the Great Cthulu at bay as well as blast parts off of him.
