Pretty sure the Downstreamers are pretty far into 1-A. Well, they aren't baseline at least.

Its not perfect and honestly the biggest issue is his damn ego but in a legit fight hes quite willing to pull out his EE, he also uses his sword alot but it is imbued with his Psychic power so it also EEs.

I mean the emperor’ regeneration nullification has feats of working on daemons, and most daemons only have low-godly (with Drach’nyen having mid-godly) so it shouldn’t negate the downstreamer’s High-Godly which obviously regenerates from the conceptual destruction.
