Cuz Tier 5 and 4 physicals don’t make sense in the setting and have inconsistencies. I mean why would Abaddon need a Blackstone fortress if he could just breathe and Cadia gets ******. Most feats for average space marines would be completely inconsistent like when they deal with Daemon princes that’re like tier 5

Their psychic stats are gonna be around the same but yeah
