The Cat in the Hat vs. Leaky Eye Luca

Yuuuup. This is happening. Speed is gonna be equalized, the fight takes place in the ol' Joestar castle from Phantom Blood and uuuuh the cat only has an umbrella on him while Lucca has his shovel, and like five hours to get whatever else he things he needs. Who wins?

I'd give it to the Cat in the Hat as not only can he fly with the umbrella, giving him the mobility advantage, he seems to be more physically powerful and easily more durable than Luka. Even with the 5 hour prep, he'd probably still be outclassed depending on what Cat's reality warping and toon force are capable of. He'd probably have a hard time with hitting Cat at all with him being able to make his hat longer and being able to avoid a few good swings from Luka.
