Again tho, I really don't see the proof that this would rebound onto Epitaph and disable his precog. She is cutting the future, not Precognition. In the nasuverse where there are an almost infinite amount of outcomes, someone looking into the future guarantees a single one, or at least that is how that bomber did it. And the fact that Epitaph quite literally narrows it to a single future means she can cut it. It is the exact same situation as the time she did cut the future.
