Accel's abilities operate on Quantum Physics and manipulating reality to make his power work.

Gravitational force is useless against Accelerator since he can just reverse that too, to the point that he had to create a sub-routine in his mind to allow gravity to affect him normally.

you know how your brain sends signal to move, breath, work , etc even if you can regenarate you still send it (for example vs kankine he used it on one of his clones and constricted him to close the "channels" so the corruption of the signal would not infect his whole network, or brainwork) but he would need contact and some time to do the calculation of the vector if they are unkow to him

Malox is referring to a scene where Last Order (a clone of Misaka Mikoto) was suffering from an electro-technological virus that was programmed into her brain. After reading Last Oder's MRIs, Accelerator is able to use all of his calculating power to completely rewire her electrical signals in order to remove it. However, this required so much calculation output that it left him open to being shot.

With his wings, which are able to do the calculations for him, this is no longer a problem, and he can also do this at a distance.

thats why i asked how does it move ,work, etc ;if it's some kind of hax it's out, if he still use some kind of signal (even with his own ability) accelerator can controll it

Like repp said personal realities are based off of quantum mechanics in the first place. In which they replace a part of reality with their own. They even mention the paradoxical cat in the railgun manga/anime somewhere.

And yes the matter destruction was removed for his wings but Accelerator can still manipulate the very smallest things that make up the universe like quarks and such.

Anyway we can immediately rule out beast winning here so the only question is it inconclusive or can Accelerator deal with his regen.

Thankfully Accelerator has experience dealing with problematic regenerators like Kakine Teitoku who is actually a bit more troublesome for Accelerator to deal with than The Beast since he can infinitely create dark matter which can create more dark matter and dupe himself with his annoying regen to the end of time

Iirc Accelerator destroyed quite a few dark matter clones(that are made up of elementary particles) and only had problems when kakine used underhanded tactics like making the dark matter look like the Sister clones.

When Accel realised Beasty isnt your normal human hes going to become a lot more ruthless and destroy him on a smaller level and disperse him.

So yeah eventually I see Accel winning here.
