the Aeon Hero fights a CPU (Galacta Knight vs Neptune (Hyperdimension Neptunia)) (0-7-0) (Concluded)

no GK one-shots both in 2-C and 3-C. Thor scales to slightly above baseline 3-C while GK scales near 3-B
 
Well, Galacta one-shots because he scales to 16 universes and Neptune scales to 2, Galacta has Sealing from Heart Spears which he seems to use very often, and also can't be killed by Neptune through raw AP. However, Neptune also can't be put down because of her Immortality, and has a ton of abilities that Galacta doesn't resist that can help her, like her Game Disc statuses as well as Dimensional Slice which is basically her win button

Neptune can dodge the Heart Spears because she has handled some far more extreme Danmaku before like K-Sha's Twin Bit and Uni's Dolce Vida, and if Galacta is inflicted with Paralysis and Apathy, he's not gonna be able to use them period

I'm unsure who to vote for now, but I'm leaning towards Neptune

I'd rather wait for Kirby supporters to give some arguments, though
 
Tbh, unless Kirby supporters show up and change my mind, I'm voting Neptune.

Something that I forgot to bring up initially is that Neptune has Dash Sneakers and the White Orb active, where the former will amp her speed by at least two times (since the characters are shown in-game to move around this much faster with it on) and the latter will basically make it impossible for Galacta to actually see her unless she attacks him first. And when she does attack him, she's gonna be inflicting him with all of these statuses which will then make it difficult for him to attack, much less do anything in the first place, giving enough time for Neptune to use Dimensional Slice.
