As of Chrono Phantasma, Hazama & Terumi are separate characters. Shouldn't they be separate, especially considering they have completely different agendas in Central Fiction? If they do end up separate, how do we rank Hazama? When it comes to tiering, Hazama has been one of the oddest ones to do so considering it's Terumi that get's talked about when it comes to upgrades and not him which is more of a reason for them to be separate.
