Ruminas still wins and I still say he wins fairly easily, but Gobta and Ranga haven't merged since Ranga evolved so we have to see what their power estimate is currently, the same for Luminas that we don't know where it scales, since we also don't know where Granbell scales, but we can say that she is superior to Granbell and Hinata, two chosen heroes and has an EP comparable to Benimaru, in addition to knowing how to use his ultimate skill better than when he went up against Granbell in vol11

actually no, Zalario was fighting Diablo when they invaded El Dourado, in ingracia's invasion, Diablo was with Rimuru and was defeated by Michael, Ruminas tells Hinata that he couldn't help against Ingracia's invasion, but the reason itself was not revealed, the assumption that it is Zalario comes because Feldway had requested something related to this from Zalario

For starters, I also don't think it's just a stop in standard time, I'm not saying it has to do with any kind of subspace, but I think it's something more, because technically it doesn't just affect this world, and when you're in it all the time. what matters is the control of information leaving aside anything material, and about him being inside causality I don't know how to answer, since his being inside is the most obvious but as he stops the time of other universes with other timelines that makes me confused, I can't tell if this is irregular causality or something else.

So far no hints of Acas 5, maybe very maybe Veldanava or Rimuru at the end of LN, and for some reason I started to suspect that Feldway's main body might have it too, as it was said that neither Velgrynd's attack that can kill the real body of one of the angels can affect it but that's just in my head, ignore it.

As for 5D this probably comes from the description of one of the worlds Velgrynd visited during Vol 17, this one might even make sense if the description stays the same when the translation comes out, this Vol is the closest you get to an in-universe Upgrade of slime

Well Suspended world is probably not just a time stop ...To move in suspended world you need to be able to manipulate information particles just having resistance to time stop won't let you move inside it .

However if that's the case then how can Chloe move with just her spacetime based ability ?This needs explanation .May be she is a DLF too or Higher tier beings on Tensura /Or her skill can manipulate information particles freely ?

You can think of SW as a subspace .He is right .

Lets think of it this way SW is a subspace where you can't move unless you can manipulate information particles .He isn't totally wrong .
Note : The subspace here can also be the entire world similar to how {1,3} can be a subset of {1,3}

However this theory will be proved wrong if Guy and Chloe aren't DLF and can move with just spacetime based abilities .

Its not that you specifically needs to manipulate information to move at Suspended World, basic resistance to time stop can do, however the only thing in tensura that have such resistance is information, that why digital lifeform transform their own matter to information and communicate by launching info

The time stop can be something more, but for now it's still a time stop with other advantages, because it's not like Velzard's power is to put a 4D subspace or something like that, it only locks time with its ability to fix, so i see it as wank.

About Velgrynd, it's about the statement you said, however, It's not said at any time that Velgrynd transcends that world, so there's no way she's 5D

I think it's going to need more proof, because if you take that statement into account, it could be 5D or 6D. Maybe the slime universe has the status of "possibly low 1-C"

depends on the verse, in Tensura it wouldn't be because time in slime is way beyond just past, present and future, but it needs more proofs of Velgrind to get immeasurable speed, depending on the translation it may have, but the chance is small, more likely only digital forms are immeasurable
