Wasn't Ichigo able to one shot Naruto even before the downgrade? His True Bankai can one shot Soul King Yhwach who is over 9x baseline 5-B (535 Zettaton). The original 5-B calc Naruto scale to is a 517 Zettaton feat that Hagoromo and Homura performed together. And if I remember correctly Naruto only scales to half that value which would make him around 258.5 Zettaton.
