1: You need to equalize the speed to keep things fair. Otherwise Tatsumaki blitz

Well yeah Kizaru is only SoL via a Yata No Kagami and it's only movement speed.

I love how this site can make it go from seemingly a stomp in Tatsumaki's favor to a stomp in Kizaru's favor in a few months lol. Anyway, on topic, Kizaru wins via blitz, intangibility, and much higher stamina, not to mention the current AP of both individuals.

I don't know but Kizaru cannot blitz Tatsumaki, in a fight she always has her psychic defense on. She always uses it. In OPM, the only reason why her defense was penetrated was 1) Because her enemy knew everything about her power 2) Her enemy prepared to fight her for a long time. I know Kizaru will win but it's not a blitz, it wil be a rather difficult battle for both.
