The speed should be equalised since Hyde is Lightspeed while Lanyue is Massively Hypersonic+.

Since Hyde has EE on hit, he could one-shot but Lanyue could also almost one-shot him since the difference in AP between them is 6.5 times.

She will visualize Sword Qi to attack and then use the Spring Thunderbolt Swords Skill which will manifeste a thunderbolt either for limited flight or to direclty attack.
