Suggested speed upgrade for Super Perfect Cell and SSJ2 Gohan

So given that Majin Buu/Kid Buu has been upgraded in terms of speed, I think that it would be a good idea to change the ratings of SPC and SSJ2 Gohan to "At least FTL+ likely/possibly MFTL". Given that SSJ Goku should already be dozens of times FTL and that Kid Buu is 260c on the low end and given that there are a multitude of power/speed increases from the end of the Namke saga to the Buu saga, it's a fairly reasonable assumption to assume that both SSJ2 Gohan and SPC could hit the low end of the MFTL range.

This is just a suggestion, please everyone offer your opinions

Top Tiers Cell Saga could be upgrade to "At least FTL+, likely/possible Massively FTL".

I'm pretty sure it was discussed in the blog itself that this wouldn't be the case for anyone < Kid Buu.
