i think accident is much more skilled than four because four doesn't really fight but four has some really good hax like transmutation and bfr sure bfr would require four to actually get up in blisses face but he should be able to stun bliss then transmute her also fours limbs are elastic so he should be able to do it from afar
 
Four has never really used his Elastic limbs to do the Biological Manip/Transmulation. Hes only been shown to do it up close. BFR would have to have Four at least 2 meters or closer to his opponent.

However, he DOES still have other hax to at least keep up with Bliss (such as Low-High Regenerationn and Size Manipulation), so thats a good deal with him.
 
Going 4 because of haxes like transmutation, bfr, gravity manip and mind manip. With regen he can use any of them to put bliss down 4 good
