Not really, if Goofy has a wincon. Its like MCU Thanos VS Four, where most of Thanos' ways to win arent in-character, and his snap is resisted by Four, yet he still uses his other ways to potentially win, but Four could do the same, hence the tie, and this can apply here. Goofy may need to use them.

Granted, if Space Programs arent even airing yet, he cant access those. BFRing Four to another part of Earth will just have him rush back to the main area at fast speeds within seconds. If its somewhere like Mars, Pluto, or even a far away galaxy, he has the predrawn papers in Goiky.

But... is there anything left to discuss? We already debunked the TVs that Four can just send Goofy to the EXIT the moment Four gets close in before he gets sucked into the TV, and from there, Goofy would either have to travel back in time, or just fight the Four in the EXIT. I see that it would pretty much lead to either Four winning, or an inconclusive.

Equipment doesn't seem to change anything, AFB does nothing, Goofy gets one more unlikely way to kill in the freeze ray, and TVs just make the fight slightly longer. Four still wins for the same reasons as before the reset.
