Long story short, Godzilla decided to go raid Goiky and cause destruction there. Four was not happy about this since hes been disrupting his challenges, and proceeds to fight the kaiju.

Speed is equalized, both are 5-A, and Godzilla has all his necessary powerups. Four doesnt have the AFB, and his Size Manipulation is rather pseudo-restricted (he can change his size up to Godzilla's size, but he cant grow any bigger to the point of becoming a higher tier). The battle is in Goiky, and both are 10 meters away from each other.

Godzilla is 6 times stronger without power ups, and 59x stronger than that with, so he just vaporizes Four.

It should be noted Four can just grow his size to be the same as Godzilla's, and he'll be fine (Four actually upscales from the Earth feat greatly). Not to mention, if he touches Godzilla, Godzilla will be mutilated to death.

I misunderstood what you wrote in the OP and thought he had the power ups from the beginning, my bad. I don't know what his power ups take to use, so no vote from me yet. Though, mutilation will be hard to get off due to Godzilla's generally better ranged options.

Given Four has a Size Manipulation as well, he would be able to grow as tall as Godzilla is, but restricted to only as tall as his opponent to prevent him from becoming his higher tier form.

Four could also pull Godzilla closer to him to do the mutilation as well. BFR is rather debatable... given he hasnt used it on someone that big before.

Trying to pull Gojira is a MASSIVE no.

Gojira can just nuke his hand with the AOE to neg low high

If Gojira doesnt completely obliterate Four, however, he just destroys a big chunk, but that small chunk is enough for Four to still regenerate his hand. You have to at least burn all of it to ash.

If four keeps regening, Gojira would eventually nuke it to ash

Four would not obviously allow a giant kaiju for it to destroy him, and if he realizes his zappies dont work, he will just fly over and go for a mutilation. Not to mention, Four resists lava, unless you say said heat is hotter than it.

Mutalitating wouldn't work because Gojira would blast him with AOE to death.

how hot it is means nothing, it's still an energy blast full of AoE

How hot it is actually DOES matter. Think of it like being hit by the sun and you have heat resistance. Would you resist it fully?

Isn't Four's heat resistance feat only a lava dip, which is only tier 9? Anyways, Gojira's attack's are white hot, so they're at least gonna be significantly hotter than the surface of lava. High AoE and range are gonna make it really tough to get in close). Four won't be able to just fly over and mutilate. How fast is regen?

In that case Godzilla probably wouldn't be able to incinerate with a sustained breath over time, and would need aura blast, nova spiral heat ray, or ultimate spiral heat ray to kill.

Yes. As stated, Four will just grow up to the size of Godzilla knowing he seems too big for him to fight in base. Four, I believe, would win if he can BFR him with a thought in 2 meters of range or mutilate him. And if he realizes his zappies dont work, he can just do his other moves:

A) Mutilation via contact

B) BFR with a thought in 2 meters of range

C) Screech at Godzilla to KO him. While this doesnt KO for 24 hours, he can just do the latter 2 above after that.
