Saitama's screentime
We are hitting that one infamous point in the manga where Saitama was a background character for a massive several year period of time and he only did like 2 relevant things the whole arc before EOW.

Not that it was a bad thing. We got tons of characterization for other Heroes in that timeframe which is valuable, and a bunch of cool Monster's and fights that weren't just Saitama boredly taking every hit and then no-diffing the opponent. Still find it weird when people say it was awful that Saitama took a backstage. I do think he could've done a bit "more" but I'm glad that OPM isn't scared to show off its very large cast of characters.

It's still about half an hour until it's on Muse Asia so those who have seen it, how is the animation ?

dang that means we are getting the pre redraw version of the ororchi fight isn’t that bad
no because the mural is still there you can see it in the intro

unless they cut everything from the post-redraw version of Orochi, which I sincerely hope doesn't happen.

I saw the episode. The animation was fine but the editing and shot continuation was horrendous. The effects were good.

It's completely the pre redraw version with Zombieman's line added in at last. While yes it doesn't carry the same emotional weight, the fight itself is much better in pre retcon.

The sound effect selection was atrocious although hearing Boros's theme again was welcome.

I think this is the only episode with no neon filters. That's self restraint.

I can't help but feel like the episode was a sprint to the finish line despite the entire episode being the fight. It cuts a lot of stuff things move way to fast, even the dialogue feels like it's sped up.

Flashy Flash vs GW and Hellfire felt so much longer despite being shorter.

Wait so like the whole Phoenix Space thing isn't there? Lmao what are they even doing at this point. DId they originally have drafts for the pre-redraw fight and were just too lazy to change it?? And this means we might actually be getting pre-redraw Saitama Vs. Orochi.

Nah, Pheonix Man came in their dream so that the world may see his Brilliant Eagle Form

Here we go again...If they want to make the pre-redraw fight between Orochi and Saitama, why add the damn mural that's in the post-redraw? I think they made this fight in a pre-redraw version to sell the Phoenix Man Brilliant Eagle Mode figures, etc., and please those who just want the fight.
even if they don't realize that it could cause problems

Why is my message in Spanish.

And what was this a big discussion or smth.

Why is my message in Spanish.
"Nessuno può sfuggire al destino che è stato scelto per loro. Tutto ciò che rimane è la fine in cui tutti voi perite. L'eterna grandezza risiede solo in me stesso. Canta una canzone di dolore in un mondo in cui il tempo è svanito"

Always loved this part of Diavolo's OP invasion, underrated.

I finished the episode and I didn't understand what happened technically. How did they adapt the pre-redraw and not stick to the canon while adapting the manga and why?

Oh my god, Surely they wouldn't do something crazy like that? Does this mean we won't even see Comic Garou in the possible sequel seasons? Do One and Murata really disagree on the direction of the story?

Has this image been discussed before? One of my friends passed this to me when discussing Saitama's power off-site.

Using some MTL, the infinity symbol is well.. strength. Does anyone know if this is true? What are we thinking?

It is true and approved by Murata and One. The manga currently doesn't really support it, so it doesn't mean much :d
