If we assume he is not just physically hiding a unicycle inside his body then probably Dimensional Storage or simply Summoning. This showing alone seems like a stretch to count as RW.

I'd like to see the manga expand on PC and give him more abilities because he is a costume-type monster like Phoenix Man who we know has some cool esoteric abilities like Phoenix Space, Resurrection, and Reanimation. That might be asking too much though, since it would make Amai unable to win probably. Most likely, they will just refine the art and reduce him to a simple brick like in the webcomic after he lost his mallet.

also, you will have to think that their own attacks are faster than themselves...but they aren't, all of their attacks are always comparable to themselves, it makes no sense for their attacks to be faster.
