A bullet is way faster than sound though. If the distance his sword travels is similar, it'd be around three times higher.

What i'm curious about is if it can be used as his perception/reaction speed since it's a visual feat rather than a statement.

Edit: Though if it's just via using the timeframe without including movement, i don't think so d:

we have for now a number of people watching the Sweet Mask vs Pesky clown fight unlike the webcomic in which we did not know how many people followed the fight could we get a minimum multiplier to use for Pesky clown's ability starting from the value 7C+/High 7C+ or not?

Why? he's getting stronger the more the attention, but the value itself is fully unknown.

mate just use a minimum multiplier like 1.05x the fact that it grows so much the more people watch it should still lead to a small multiplier based on the people just use the minimum usable multiplier imo
just know that he becomes a little stronger depending on the people

Multipliers doesn't work like that. You can't even give it 1.01x per person and use it. It's fully arbitary, no statement.

Haragiri (the monster Atomic Samurai completely statued in this calc) stated himself to already being able to draw his blade faster than sound as a human and now being far faster as a monster
