I wonder if Flashy/Sonic will be able to use the dimension blade's spatial slash from get go or if it will just be a cool sword in their hands
From what I can tell the swords are only able to perform those spatial slashes after Void fell under the influence of God. It doesn't really make sense for him to act so impressed at Blast's moves if he had a technique that powerful at his disposal back then. I am also doubtful that the swords will keep the avatar's powers for long upon their separation.

Basically they just have cool swords

I like how deathbattle fans are always at war, yet when it comes to profiles and scaling Deathbattle and vsbw take stuff from each other lmfao. Case in point bill cipher
I like that too! It shows how no matter how "passionate" some of us get, we're a community that simply wants to know who can Beat the ################# Out of Who!

So, about 20 months of production time? That's over three times the amount of timeframe season 2 had, means that won't be an excuse.

Part of me is hoping they've been working on this since they announced it back in August 2022 and they're going to adapt the entire MA arc at once. Probably not the case because that would be too nice to be real, but they've been secretive so who knows

All I want is for the animation to be at the level of the pre-animated trailer from a couple months back, consistently.

I think they can do it. If they could do it for that trailer (which was animated by like... 1 guy), then with 20 months, and an entire team... surely...

They have to realize the value of a good OPM adaptation, I think.

this time, they have no excuses like “we didnt have time to a good animation”

if we get a shitty animation after years of waiting, and after years of the project’s announcement, WE MUST RETALIATE
Under those circumstances, there's only one course of action. When the revolution starts, we go for them FIRST! (The Directors, CEOs and such obviously, not the animators)
